JPAAWG 1st General Meeting will be held on November 8, 2018. It will be held as
a joint event with Anti-Spam Conference. In the 1st meeting, a chairman of
M3AAWG Mr. Severin Walker and Janet Jones and experts from M3AAWG
community are invited, in order for introducing and discussing the latest Internet
threat information and security measures.

JPAAWG was newly established as a working group to discuss the security of the
Internet in Japan in cooperation with M3AAWG. We exchanged information with
engineers and managers such as telecommunications carriers, e-mail distributors,
cloud / hosting service providers, etc. not only on the agenda which is being
discussed globally, but also on unique issues in Japan, measures against cyber
attacks It is aimed at studying the problem. The first round will be held as a joint
event with the 18th Anti-Spam Conference held by the Internet Association of
Spam Mail Measures Committee held since 2005. We invite world’s top network
operators who are active in M3AAWG to provide latest security information such
as sending domain authentication DMARC, BEC (business mail fraud), SNS security
etc
